7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath/Sound Healing for Relaxation

I would like to invite you into a safe space where sound travels to , and through you. Cleansing and recharging every cell, molecule, and atom in your body!! This will be an event where you will be able to experience sound, and not just hear it. The way frequencies and tones affect us is magical. You already feel this magic daily when you turn on your favorite song and get your feet moving to it. Sound baths are an easy way to heal, let go off, and release old stagnant energy that we are holding onto. Once this energy is released we can move on and live the life we want. Without old patterns, feelings, traumas, and even ancestral lineage getting in the way of our true self and how we wish to live in this human form.

Sound Baths may assist your physical body and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath.
