Clear, Cleanse, and Activate Your Heart Chakra Crystal Sound Bath

February is the month of love and we have to remember that it is not always about giving it away...sometimes it is about keeping a little for ourselves. Our heart chakra is where we hold so much pain, guilt, shame, emotion, compassion, and grace for the care of others.

Rarely do we think about giving ourselves that same amount of love we give to others...but that is exactly what we should be doing. Filling our own love tanks up so that we have spare to give when needed, the it doesn't deplete our own tank in the process.

Come to this sound bath if:

- you have been carrying, and storing old patterns of what love is supposed to "be" or "look like"

-feel physical heaviness in your heart area

-having a hard time sending yourself love

-holding on to feeling of anger and resentment to hide the pain and sadness your heart feels

-you want to open, and activate your heart chakra with love and compassion

The intention for this group sound bath will be. To let go of the feelings, patterns, and beliefs that stop us from loving ourselves as we are, and as a collective.

During this 1.5 hour long experience you will be welcomed into Sirah’s spacious home on the NE side of Bend, OR. Once you have picked, and settled into your comfortable spot, she will introduce herself, business, and give you a brief description on sound healing. She will begin to prepare the space before playing by burning sage and setting the group's intention. Then she will serenade the group for about 45 minute by playing tones, and frequencies in harmony, and disharmony from her 7 chakra colored, quartz crystal singing bowls. Keeping the sound ever present, moving it all around the room, and you. At the completion of the sound bath, she will bring you back into the present moment with her soothing voice. Water and a light snack will be offered to assist in “bringing you back” as the group chats about their experience, journal and/or ask any questions.

Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain in moving through Alpha (relaxed brain state), and into Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath.

Let me say it again..... you do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.

This event will be capped at 10 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring what you would like to use to create yourself a snuggly nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, and journal.

Sirah offers 3 spots on her large sectional couch that are perfect for laying down, a double bean bag (great for couples, family's or besties), and a newly carpeted area that can fit up to 5 yoga mats for your comfort. All seat selection is on a first come, first serve basis.
