WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
I am a crystal sound facilitator. I play, and produce soothing, ethereal, fairylike tones from instrument made out of clear quartz crystal. Clear quartz crystal absorbs, stores, releases, and regulates energy. It draws off negative energy of all kinds, and can neutralizing background radiation. It balances and revitalizes the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes. My style is gentle, playful, and powerful as I keep the sound ever present for 40 to 45 minutes. I take pride in what I do, and am honored to work with those that are open to the healing power of sound.
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body experience. A Sound Facilitator plays instruments, creating sound waves, that evoke gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative healing to your mind, body, and soul. The experience is best enjoyed laying down on a yoga mat with a blanket, pillow under your knees, and an eye mask.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SOUND BATH?
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask , water, a journal and pen. Try not to eat 2 hours before your sound bath. Check out this little video for more information. https://youtu.be/K4Mb46W0A2M
I WOULD LOVE TO SHARE SOUND HEALING WITH MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY...BUT THEY ARE NOT INTO THE WOOWOO STUFF.
It is very understandable and easy to explain to those you love what a sound bath is. In fact, I tell many of my first time clients a sound bath is just a very relaxing concert. You can choose to lay down or sit up in a comfortable chair and just enjoy the musical experience.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
-Outdoor gatherings are welcome mid-May through mid-September in Central Oregon, as long as shade is available.
-Travel fees may be incurred depending on the events distance outside of Bend, OR.
-Prices subject to change depending on circumstance of your event. Holidays may have different rates.
-All policies apply regardless of individual circumstances ( including COVID 19 related issues, illness, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances).

Sound Bath Services – Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our practitioners and the time reserved just for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled Sound Bath session.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full credit to your account, which may be applied to a future session.
-
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of event are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, billed following the event via square invoice.
