About the event
We will be having complementary posture photos, 5 minute chair massages and smudging to clear your energetic field. There will also be 20 minute talks from each of us where you will learn more about optimal mental health with a focus on ritual and ceremony, massage and chiropractic. There will also be kombucha samples from @kinergykombucha and healthy snacks, with a highlight of superfood energy bites from @candiceannw 😻. Make sure to stay until the end, where there will be some great raffles available!
