"Getting Theta With It" Crystal Sound Bath at Nature's Bling Bend, Oregon

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. In this 1.5 hour long workshop, enjoy learning about the different brain wave states and why dropping into Theta brain state is so awesome for us as human beings. Learn the scientifically proven healing benefits that sound baths have , and then put that knowledge to the personal test by experiencing it for yourself! After a little introduction and chat on brain waves, Sirah will play her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls for around 45 minutes. Directing and sending the fairy like tones and sound waves to reach different parts of your body and brain. Once the sound dies out, she will then gently bring you back into the present space with her soothing voice. A short "chat session" will follow for anyone that feels called to share their experience or ask any questions. What to bring: Whatever you need to create yourself a comfortable nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, journal and pen. This event will be capped at 12 attendees, and a wait list will be made available if the event sells out. Please wear comfortable clothing, and show up on time to get settled in and chat with others before we start.
