Heaven and Earth Sound Bath

This is going to be a very powerful and rejuvenating sound bath for all who hear/feel the call to participate. Sirah will begin by playing her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls. Producing tones and, harmonies that help you heal and release that which no longer serves your highest and greatest good. The gentle vibrations from her crystal bowls create the "heaven" portion of this sound bath. Allowing your energetic body to rise with the sound waves to soar high into the heavens and above . After about 30 minute's, Sirah will transition from sitting to walking around the room with her 18 inch buffalo hide drum named Brenna. She will produce grounding rhythmic beats from the drum. Directing the sound waves around the room, and washing the vibration over each beautiful soul that has gathered. The human body, mind, and soul recognizes the sound and vibrations from the drum. It has been in all of our lineages, used for ceremonies and celebrations of all kinds. Sirah is honored that Brenna came to her and that together they get to play for the community and our amazing Earth. The doors of the Hanai Foundation will open at 4:45 pm, Sound Bath will start promptly at 5 PM. Please bring with you whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, bolster, eye mask, journal, and water. This event will be capped at 30 attendees and will have a waitlist available if sold out. Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in: stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus, heightened energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. Sirah play 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to relax into a meditative state, deepening your experience, and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. Allowing the sound to permeate your every cell and molecule. You do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.
