Join Sirah in her lovely home on the NE side of Bend for a blissful bonding experience at the Mommy and Me Sound Bath! Get ready to relax and unwind with your little one as soothing crystal music wash over you both. Sirah will play her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls to create a tranquil atmosphere, promoting deep relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation. This event is the perfect opportunity to share a moment of calm with your child in a nurturing environment. Being a Mother herself, Sirah completely understands the amount of love, energy and effort you are putting out to keep your little one safe and happy. Come to enjoy time together, and also meet other Moms that are "in the trenches" with you. Our ancestors may have been onto something when they said "It takes a village to raise a child."

Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in: stress relief, deeper sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus, heightened energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. They help your brain to move into Theta brain state (deep relaxation), or even Delta brain state (sleepy time ) naturally and with ease during the Sound Bath. You do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and please bring what you would like to use to create yourself a snuggly nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, whatever baby needs, pen and journal.

This event is for Mother's with children under the age of 5 , and those that are currently pregnant. Ticket price includes one parent and one child. Thank you for understanding.
