New Moon Crystal Sound Bath Circle

During this time in the Lunar Cycle, the moon supports us by barley showing her just glowing, sliver of a crescent. As she watches over us, she ask us to look inward. To become introspective, to look at our shadow side, and to honor what we see, feel, and learn about ourselves during this potent time.

To be in the stillness, and darkness that comes before the light... to wait in the space just before birthing something into existence... and then to mindfully use that information to support and help you grow in the next phase of your life's goals, dreams, and desires. That is what the new moon energy is all about.

During this 1.5 hour long gathering, you will be welcomed into Sirah’s spacious home on the NE side of Bend, OR. Once you have settled into your comfortable spot, we will make introductions and have a little talk about where we are currently on each of our journeys. We will burn some sage, set intentions, and hold space for each other as a collective. Alone we can are powerful Manifestors for our lives.

Yet together, and with the support from our community, we can become all that we have ever dreamed of and more!!

Sirah will play a special 30 minute crystal sound bath to support you and the work you are doing with the New Moons energies. She will be playing tones and frequencies in harmony, and disharmony from her 7 chakra colored, quartz crystal singing bowls. Keeping the sound ever present, swirling and moving around the room, and you. At the completion of the sound bath, she will bring you back into the present moment with her soothing voice.

Water and a light snack will be offered to assist in “bringing you back” as the group chats about their experience.

Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. Let me say it again..... you do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.

This event will be capped at 10 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out.

Doors opens at 3:45 pm.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring what you would like to use to create yourself a snuggly nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, and journal.

Sirah offers 3 spots on her large sectional couch that are perfect for laying down, a double bean bag (great for couples, family's or besties), and a newly carpeted area that can fit up to 5 yoga mats for your comfort. All seat selection is on a first come, first serve basis.

This will be a 16 years and older event, thank you for understanding.
