New Years Sound Bath and Lightshow from 7 Crystal Singing Bowls

2022 has been a great year of growth, change, and expansion for us all, individually, and as a community. The pain, tears, happiness, anger, excitement, and high peaks have been a sort of wake up call for many. Pushing them into a time of massive growth, awakening, and soul missions. There is no better time to honor the experiences, and people who were a part of your story then at the end of the year. This sound bath will assist you in recognizing, honoring, and then closing this last year's chapter on what you have gone through and accomplished. Opening space within yourself for all the new you wish to manifest and attract for 2023.

The group's intention will be: To honor the lessons we have learned and people we met during 2022. May the Universal energies of Source support us in integrating those lessons so we can continue to expand and grow through the new 2023 year.

During this 1.5 hour long experience you will be welcomed into Sirah’s spacious home on the NE side of Bend, OR. She will have colorful light projections on the ceiling, and flameless candles to create a fun, yet relaxing environment. Once you have settled into your comfortable spot, she will introduce herself, business, and give you a brief description on sound healing. She will begin to prepare the space by burning sage and setting the group's intention. Throughout the 45 minute sound bath, she will be playing tones and frequencies in harmony, and disharmony from her 7 chakra colored, quartz crystal singing bowls. Keeping the sound ever present, and moving all around the room, and you. At the completion of the sound bath, she will bring you back into the present moment with her soothing voice. Water and a light snack will be offered to assist in “bringing you back” as the group chats about their experience.

Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. Let me say it again..... you do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.

This event will be capped at 8 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring what you would like to use to create yourself a snuggly nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, and journal. Sirah offers 3 spots on her large sectional couch that are perfect for laying down, a double bean bag (great for couples, family's or besties), and a newly carpeted area that can fit up to 5 yoga mats for your comfort. All seat selection is on a first come, first serve basis.
