Spring Equinox Crystal Sound Bath Celebration

Central Oregon is known for its beauty, adventure, and healing energy...unfortunately it is also known for its short Spring season . Sometimes it feels as if we have skipped Spring all together and have jumped right into the heat of the Summer.

But we are not going to let any of that stop us from coming together in community, and celebrating this beautiful time of year.

The Spring Equinox is an important day, and this year it falls on March 20th. It is a special time where the light of the day, and darkness of the night are roughly equal. It also represents a time of rebirth, and mew awareness.

This is the time to ask yourself what you want to manifest and or "plant" in the garden that is your life.

Sirah can not wait to introduce you to her new friend, Serenity the Crystal Lyre. During this sound bath experience, she will play tones of harmony and disharmony for around 45 minutes. Mixing the angelic sounds of Serenity with the fairy-like tones her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls. At the completion of the sound bath, Sirah will use her calming voice to bring you back into the present time and space.

The doors of the Hanai Foundation will open at 4:45 pm, Sound Bath will start promptly at 5 PM.

Please bring with you whatever it is you need to make yourself comfortable. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, journal, and water.

This event will be capped at 25 attendees and will have a waitlist available if sold out.

Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. Sirah uses 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to relax into a meditative state, deepening your experience, and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. You do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self, allowing the sound to permeate your very cell and molecule.
