Let us gather together to celebrate, relax, release, re center, and rebalance ourselves. A sound bath is a fully immersive, mind, body and soul experience. A Sound Facilitator plays instruments to create and manipulate sound waves that will permeate every cell of your being. Sirah will be playing her 7 Chakra Colored Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls producing non stop, fairy like tones for a full 40 minutes. Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in: stress relief, deeper sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus, heightened energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. They help your brain to move into Theta brain state (deep relaxation), or even Delta brain state (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. You do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self. During this experience you will be welcomed into Sirah’s spacious home on the NE side of Bend, OR. Once you have picked, and settled into your comfortable spot, she will introduce herself, business, and give you a brief description on sound healing. She will begin to prepare the space before playing by burning sage and setting the group's intention. Then she will serenade the group for about 40 minute by playing tones, and frequencies in harmony, and disharmony from her 7 chakra colored, quartz crystal singing bowls. Keeping the sound ever present, moving it all around the room, and you. At the completion of the sound bath, she will bring you back into the present moment with her soothing voice. Water and a light snack will be offered to assist in “bringing you back” as the group chats about their experience, journal and/or ask any questions. This event will be capped at 10 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out. Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring what you would like to use to create yourself a snuggly nest or chill area. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, eye mask, water, and journal. For those craving a deeper, more intense crystal sound bath experience. All seat selection is on a first come, first serve basis. This event is for 16 years and older. Thank you for understanding.
