Sirah Kreitzer of Ezra Alya, Megan Isles, and Andrea Palle would like to invite you to experience this relaxing, and soothing musical event in person for FREE.  A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body experience where a Sound Facilitator plays instruments that evoke gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative healing to your mind, body, and soul. The experience is best enjoyed laying down on a yoga mat with a blanket, pillow under your knees, and an eye mask. Sirah specializes in Crystal Sound Baths where she plays her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls producing ethereal and relaxing harmonies and tones. Sound Bath's help to drop our brain state down from its very active Beta stage to its healing and meditative Theta Brain state. While there, the mind, and body  can recover, rest, heal, and reset itself.  Sound bath's ease the effects of trauma, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bi Polar, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, relieves insomnia, eases physical pain and so much more.
