Fall Equinox Crystal Sound Bath and Energy Healing Community Event

This will be a night to celebrate the Fall Equinox with those in the community that hear/feel the call to gather in community. Recognizing this time of year where the day and night are roughly equal. Giving us a chance to practice gratitude for the bright spots of the year, and clearing the way for a new beginning.

Sirah will begin the event with a little informational chat about why we honor and celebrate the Equinox. She will also weave in sound healing and how it can support you through your life, and its many transitions. Katie will then take over for about 10 minutes to lead everyone in some light yoga to assist in getting everyone into their bodies. Once we are all feeling loose and present, everyone will be invited to get comfortable on their yoga mat as Katie and Sirah set intentions for the group. Katie will then begin to channel Reiki, and Energy Medicine into the room and group. Once the energy is flowing strong, Sirah will begin to play her 7 chakra colored, quart crystal singing bowls for around 30- 40 minutes. Channeling even more healing power into the room with sound vibrations.

One of my favorite parts about Sound and Energy Medicine is that you do not need words to heal or release...simply allow the healing energies to move what no longer serves you. Then you have more space inside your body and mind to fill with new, positive energy , and the power of your own divine creation.

Ezra Alya- Sirah is a fiery, passionate, and yet sensitive soul. She consciously lives her life with authenticity, and gusto, while simultaneously nurturing her connection with the Divine and our beautiful Mother Earth. She has studied many different healing techniques over the last 13 years. Meditation, Empath’s, Priestess work, golden light therapy, crystal energies, energy cording, and astral projection, just to name a few. In 2021, she heard the call to become a Certified Sound Healer. Re awakening her musical upbringing, and intense love for the power of Sound. She specializes in creating ethereal, fairy-like crystal sound bath experiences that move, and transmute old/stuck patterns, ancestral energies, lower vibrations, and traumas. Holding space, and supporting our community and the collective in re awakening to our inner sparkle and the path towards the light.

The doors of the Hanai Foundation will open at 6:30 pm, event will start promptly at 6:645 PM.

Please bring with you whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, bolster, eye mask, journal, and water.

This event will be capped at 30 attendees and will have a waitlist available if sold out.
