Free Sound Bath to Relax w/ 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

I invite you to join me for this FREE magical one hour healing sound bath. To relax, enjoy some beautiful frequencies, and to let go of whatever you are holding onto emotionally, physically, or mentally. Let us together create space inside of ourselves and within the collective. Changing our own lives, and the people around us, for all our greatest and highest good. All from the comfort of our own homes, and even in our PJ's if we want.

Sound Baths may assist your physical body and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies of 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath. Let me say it again..... you do not have to do a thing for this to happen....just listen and be your awesome self.

A few tips to get the most out of this event.

I have purchased an amazing microphone that makes the bowls music come through beautifully, clear, and most of the time, without dropping the sound. It does help to enjoy this event from a computer for better streaming and sound quality. If you use your phone, just use some earbuds.

I am excited to meet you and chat a bit in the beginning of the event. During the sound bath portion, feel free to turn off your camera if that makes you more comfortable.

Also muting yourself stops the echo coming through on your end.
