Sirah Kreitzer of Ezra Alya would like to invite you to join this truly healing and immersive experience as she offers this very special, 2 part series sound bath intensive. Experience and heal from the vibrations of her crystal instruments, and medicine drum, in her spacious, plant filled home, on the NE side of Bend, that has plenty of parking.

The spring equinox is a very important time of year and an excellent time to shake off the winter heaviness. It is the time to ”plant what you want to grow” and manifest for the 2024 year, as well as the rest of your life. In this series, we will be thinking big people! Going beyond the basics, and truly allowing ourselves to see, feel, taste, smell, and integrate our hopes and dreams before the actual Equinox. Doing this, harnesses the energy at the perfect time, and also signals to the Universe, you are ready for the next part of your journey.

Each session will include building an altar with items of spiritual importance and the energies of manifestation, a guided meditation and sound bath led by Sirah, a community chat, journal time, light snacks, and herbal tea. Keeping the group size to a total of 4 beautiful souls will help to create an intimate community connection. It also creates a great opportunity to make new friends that are on a similar path towards wellness and a higher vibrational life.
