This purchase grants physical business playback rights at one business location only.
Video synchronization, social media content, advertising, online classes, broadcasting, redistribution and additional business locations are not included and require separate licensing permission.
The music remains the intellectual property of its respective copyright owner. Your purchase grants usage rights, not ownership of the recordings.

COMMERCIAL MUSIC PLAYBACK LICENSE AGREEMENT
THE ATMOSPHERE COLLECTION — Crystal Sound Baths
License Fee: $165 USD
This Commercial Music Playback License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Ezra Alya LLC ("Licensor") and the individual or business purchasing The Atmosphere Collection ("Licensee").
1. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, Ezra Alya LLC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to play the music recordings included in The Atmosphere Collection at one (1) physical business location owned or operated by the Licensee.
This license allows the music to be played for customers, clients, guests, employees and visitors as part of the normal atmosphere and operation of the licensed business.
Examples of permitted use include:
Background music in spas and massage studios.
Music in salons and beauty businesses.
Background music in yoga, Pilates and wellness studios.
Music in boutique hotels and hospitality spaces.
Music in wellness offices, reception areas and waiting rooms.
Background music in retail shops and professional business environments.
2. License Duration
This is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription or annual renewal fee.
The license remains valid indefinitely for the original purchasing Licensee, provided the terms of this Agreement are followed.
The license is for one business location. Additional locations require additional licensing.
3. Permitted Use
The Licensee may:
Play the licensed recordings repeatedly during business operating hours.
Create playlists using the supplied recordings.
Play the recordings through the business's existing sound system.
Use the recordings in designated customer, employee and guest areas at the licensed location.
Store copies of the purchased files on devices owned or controlled by the licensed business for authorized playback.
4. Restrictions
The Licensee may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original audio files.
Upload the recordings to public music-sharing or download platforms.
Claim ownership or authorship of the music.
Alter, remix, sample or create derivative musical works from the recordings.
Include the music in videos, advertisements, films, podcasts, online classes or social media content under this playback license.
Broadcast, stream or transmit the recordings outside the licensed physical business location.
Sublicense or transfer the license to another business or individual.
Use the recordings as part of a product or service being sold or distributed to third parties.
Additional permissions may be available through separate licensing agreements with Ezra Alya LLC.
5. Copyright and Ownership
All copyrights, compositions, sound recordings and intellectual property rights controlled by Ezra Alya LLC remain the property of their respective copyright owner.
Purchasing this license does not transfer copyright ownership or grant the Licensee ownership of the recordings.
This is a non-exclusive license. Ezra Alya LLC retains the right to sell, license, distribute and use the same recordings for other customers and commercial purposes.
6. Public Performance Responsibilities
This Agreement grants permission directly from Ezra Alya LLC to use the licensed recordings within the scope described above.
Depending on the music, venue and applicable law, the Licensee may have additional public-performance licensing obligations through performing rights organizations or other rights holders.
This Agreement does not automatically replace any separate licensing obligations that may apply.
7. Payment and Refunds
The license fee is a one-time payment of $155 USD.
Because this purchase includes downloadable digital audio files and an associated commercial license, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Violation of License
Any use outside the permissions granted by this Agreement constitutes unauthorized use.
Ezra Alya LLC reserves the right to terminate the license following a material violation that remains uncured after written notice, where applicable, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
9. Agreement and Acceptance
By purchasing The Atmosphere Collection, downloading the recordings, or otherwise accepting this Agreement, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these licensing terms.
