This is your time to stop doing and simply receive. Your private session begins with a few quiet minutes to arrive, get comfortable and briefly talk about what brought you in and what you would like from your experience. Then the talking stops. For the next 40 minutes, you'll rest while Ezra creates a live, intuitive sound bath using seven quartz crystal singing bowls. With a lifelong musical background in piano, flute, piccolo, oboe, percussion, choir and voice, Ezra approaches her crystal bowls as instruments—layering tones, working with harmony and resonance, building intensity, creating softness and allowing space for silence. Her musical experience is combined with more than a decade of energy work and crystal healing, which naturally informs the way she listens, responds and creates each session. No two sound baths are exactly alike. There are no card readings. No complicated rituals. No pressure to meditate correctly or have a particular kind of experience. You don't even need to know anything about sound healing. Just get comfortable. Close your eyes if you'd like. And listen. Some people experience deep relaxation. Some notice the vibration of the bowls throughout their body. Some become emotional or reflective. Some drift toward sleep. And some simply enjoy 40 minutes where absolutely nothing is being asked of them. All of it is welcome.
